These terms apply to ramonveqly.com and the digital learning materials offered under the Ramonveqly name. The seller’s identity and current contact details are published on the Contact page. Please review that information and these terms before placing an order. If seller or support details are not yet published, please wait until they are available before purchasing.
02. Course information
We offer written JavaScript courses and guides in English. Each course page describes its scope, modules, prerequisites and format. A purchase covers the selected course only. Live teaching, personal code review, accredited certification and access to other courses are not included unless expressly stated. Materials are educational; we do not promise employment, income or a particular learning result.
03. Orders, prices and payment
Catalogue prices are displayed in euros (EUR). Paid courses are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Review the item, currency, final total and any applicable tax on the external payment page before authorising payment. If the payment page differs from the course listing, do not proceed and contact us. Clicking a course button does not itself charge you. We do not collect full card details on this website.
04. Digital delivery
No physical goods are shipped and there are no shipping charges. Download instructions are sent to the email provided at checkout within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Please provide a correct email address and check your spam folder. If the message has not arrived within this period, contact us with your order email and payment reference so we can investigate, resend the materials or arrange a remedy. An external payment page may limit the regions or payment methods it supports; any restriction must be displayed before payment.
05. Free materials
Free Capsule has a listed price of €0 EUR and does not require a paid purchase. Any information requested on its registration or delivery page is governed by the privacy information displayed there. If its link is unavailable, the website will display a notice instead of taking payment.
06. Use of the materials
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased materials for your own learning and to keep a personal backup. You may adapt the example code for your own projects, subject to any licence notice accompanying that code. You may not resell, redistribute, share download links to, or publicly upload the course text or files. Ownership of the course materials is not transferred by a purchase.
07. Technical requirements and availability
A computer, a text editor and a current browser are needed for code exercises. A suitable document reader may be needed for downloaded materials. Browser-focused courses assume basic HTML and CSS, as explained on their product pages. Internet connectivity is needed for downloading and any exercises involving remote data. We may correct errors or update pages; a purchase does not include a promise of indefinite updates or uninterrupted website availability.
08. Refunds and cancellation
Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund, including our 14-day request period and remedies for missing or faulty materials. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to digital content that is not supplied or does not conform to its description.
09. Responsible use and liability
Do not use the website to interfere with its operation or misuse another person’s information. We take reasonable care with the materials, but examples may need adaptation for a particular environment. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
